Association and Meeting Management

As surgical and medical associations are faced with the need to control costs, increase productivity, improve services to members, and provide continuity in policy implementation, professional management has become increasingly attractive. Professional management allows introduction of a number of efficiencies and member benefits, including the establishment of a central office, the maintenance of a repository for organizational documentation, freedom of demanding administrative responsibilities of officers, and more rapid implementation of policy decisions made by the officers and board/council. Strategem has the capability of providing all aspects of organizational management and works closely with its clients to tailor management agreements to provide needed association/society needs.

Strategem was incorporated in June, 1988 and is headquartered in Daphne, Alabama, the largest suburb of Mobile. The principal partners are P. William Curreri, M.D. and Mary Schuerman. Both have over 20 years of organization management experience.
